Maytown Sand & Gravel LLC: 40,000 cubic yard gravel pit opening in 2010. Assisted Buyers with feasibility study and permitting of project.
Okanogan View Estates: 1,020 acre Ranch Preserve Community consisting of 120 acreage lots. This planned unit recreation community is voluntarily preserving 66% of the land in permanent open space.
Granite Pointe Planned Unit Development (Lake Chelan): 110 acre community waterfront development. Tiered property allowing tremendous views of the lake from each lot.
Glacier View Townhomes: 49 unit townhome community which utilized a Binding Site Plan to combine the site review and building process into one review.
Rock Creek Ranch: 170 acre private community. The development utilized a separate lot review and boundary line adjustment process to adjust the boundaries of (oddly shaped) legal lots into a better configuration. A number of lots were voluntarily set aside by the developer and purchased by King County to preserve some of the last remaining mature forested land in the area.
Pine Street: 2.2 acre commercial warehouse site.
Kent Valley: 80-unit single family residential site, part of a master planned community.
Lake Retreat Estates: 160 acre large lot community. Forest management plans were prepared for each lot whereby approximately 87% of the property remains forested.
Foothills Estates: 170 acre community. Timber management plans were prepared for each lot, to keep approximately 88% or the property undeveloped. Prior to the building of the first home, the City of Seattle negotiated with the developer to purchase the entire property for aquifer protection.
Reintree Estates: 92 acre development bordering the Cascade Foothills. Timber management plans were prepared for particular Lots and the development voluntarily set aside a trail corridor to donate to the proposed regional trail.
The Raven: Private gated community bordering Rock Creek.
River Run: Smaller acreage lots. While most of the Lots were developed as home sites, the developer entered two of the Lots into King County’s Transfer of Development Rights Program. The Developer will sell the development potential of those lots while retaining the ownership of the land and placing a perpetual conservation easement over them.
Renton Place III: Steep hill-side development with city and Mt. Rainier views.
