Jeff McCann-Owner
For over 15 years, I have helped firms with their real estate and construction needs.I have worked with individuals and investors to purchase and develop over 1,000 acres of land in King County and over 1,000 more across Washington. I oversaw projects from acquisition through permitting, construction and negotiated the sale of the finished projects.
My Grandfather started hauling dirt around the Kent Valley in the late 1940’s with two mules and a flatbed wagon and that started the family construction business. Following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather, I entered the construction business at the age of 12 and began operating heavy earth moving equipment. I earned a degree in Building Construction (’94) and a masters in Construction Management (’00) from the University of Washington and have been a licensed real estate agent since 1995.
In 2008, I formed Outdoor Perspectives, LLC. Beyond just selling land, I offer complete project management and consulting services for real estate development and construction activities. I understand the complexities of the development process in Washington and can assist individuals and companies through the myriad of hoops and hurdles, saving them time and money.
Other Interests:
The name Outdoor Perspectives comes from my love of the outdoors. From climbing and biking to trail running and paddling; I love to be outside. Over the years, I have been quite lucky to enjoy a few of the thrills that the outdoors can provide and I hope I can give something back in return.
Adventure Racing—Eco Challenge:
A few of my outdoor adventures came in being a member of Team Washington Adventure Racing. We had the great privilege of competing in Eco Challenge Golden and Eco Challenge Fiji. We were one of 81 teams representing 32 countries from around the world in Fiji. After 9 days and 16 hours of jungle navigation, white water kayaking, trekking, billi billi rafting, mountain biking, rappelling, and sea kayaking, our team managed to scratch out a Top 20 finish.
